I could to tell that the christmas time from the vacation of school too much people there at The Wizarding of World at Harry Potter, no free place and a lot of people who like collapse the walking, push, poke etc… I wouldn’t like at christmas to new year.

the best tip for Harry Potter i can give is go in the singles lines. you can skip an hours worth of wait, if you dont mind not sitting with anyone you’re attending the park with. its not like you can see or hear them anyway. but waiting in the line for forbidden journey is actually quite cool as it brings you around the castle and very interactive.
